Day 3

So just a quick little update on the shhhhhhhhhh..... diet

Started Sunday.  All began well, did a Slimming World 'red' day so I had some chiken at lunch time, some cheese when I was peckish later on (from allowance) and made a special Slimming World recipe beef stew for dinner which always turns out lovely. 

Prepared soup in my thermos (it's a nice pink one!) for work on Monday and had an apple for later - things went wrong in the evening because I had my brother round - there were Oreos and popcorn.  Ooops.  I'm rubbish.

Tuesday started well with ryvita and cheese spread taken to work but as you may have spotted from my twitter confession, a stressful and late day has led to biscuits for dinner.

So all in all, so far, publicly comitting to dieting has had no real effect and I would rate my efforts about a 3 out of 10.  Must try harder!
