Guest post: Picante peppers recipe

Today's guest post is by another one of my real life besties Zara, who doesn't have a blog but should!  You can still follow her on twitter and pinterest.

She's a rather fab cook and this recipe looks so yum - I need to try is asap!

Picante Peppers

I have recently tried a recipe and I now want to share it with everyone because it is so tasty, low in fat and also has many things that I like (this always helps)!

So all you need is to cut some picante peppers in half

Slice up about 1 ½ cherry tomatoes per half of each picante pepper

Then add black olives - you will notice that two of the peppers I have used don’t have olives (fussy boyfriend)!

Add some garlic and anchovies . I used ham instead for my fussy boyfriend! Sprinkle some chilli flakes and season.

Now all that is left to do is add some fresh basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Shove in the oven for 25 minutes on 200c and then you can enjoy this taste sensation!

Here are some close ups from before and after cooking.
