Aromatherapy Associates rose hydrating mist review

I'd never used any sort of facial mist of makeup setting spray until this year, and now I've tried a few.  I've become converted to the benefits of using a mist to set makeup or to refresh on a hot day, but I didn't realise they could also be a really useful winter product until I tried out the Aromatherapy Associates rose hydrating mist.  I've used it as a makeup setting spray, but I've also tried spritzing it on when my skin is feeling a little bit dried out from the constant contrast between the cold weather outside and the central heating inside.

*Hydrating rose mist | £19 | Aromatherapy Associates

Aromatherapy associates say that this hydrating mist soothes, cools, tones and evens the skin. It contains Pure Damask Rose Water (distilled from the delicate petals of fragrant Bulgarian roses apparently!) and it does have a very rosey fragrance.  I'm not a huge fan of rose fragrances, but that hasn't put me off the product as it's not overpowering and is a more pure smelling rose rather than some of the more synthetic scents cheaper rose fragranced products can have.

This is a 50ml size so it would also be perfect for taking on a long flight to refresh the skin and combat the dry air.

Have you tried Aromatherapy Associates?  I love their bath oils (which I reviewed here).
