Little updates

So I finally figured out how to make collages on a Mac...

Swatching the Clarins Essential palette | Essie after school boy blazer and cashmere bathrobe | the bestest Christmas  chocolate | Cheryl's nude lipstick from L'Oreal | tasty M&S dinner on the 5:2 diet | my Halloween cupcake attempt

Beautiful food at my friend Rob's wedding | cute scrabble place settings | the wondrous choccywockydoodah cake | with the besties before the ceremony | lychee martini | Rob smouldering in his wedding get-up

Saying goodbye to my broken Vaio and hello to my macbook air | loving my new Primark jacket | the cutest little critter | trying out an at home gel mani | curly hair with my friend Zara | Blackheath fireworks | I'm an asos insider! | trying out one of the new Nails Inc galaxy polishes | I own a fluffy unicorn.

In other news, I'm thinking about making a youtube video...!  Eeek - really not sure how it'll go, but I'm thinking it's the best way to share my Vegas haul with you, and if it goes well, I'll do Primark hauls and the like that way too.

This week I'll be sharing lots of party season nail art looks on the blog as I'm preparing to do some nail art demos at an event on Thursday - I'm feeling rather nervous but also very excited about this.

I'm now going into week 3 on the 5:2 diet.  I lost 2.5lbs the first week but stayed the same the second.  I'm going to carry on with it and see how it goes and if I think it's something I'll stick with I'll do a post on what it's all about and what I've been eating.

Have a lovely week xx

    1. A little shakey so far - I've lost 3lbs over three weeks, so not the fastest losses ever, but I have been stuffing my face with anything and everything on the 'normal' days!

  2. I went to see the Blackheath fireworks too, thought they were amazing and I'm lucky enough to be able to walk home!

    1. They're amazing and it's hard to believe you don't have to pay to see them - although I hope everybody donates to keep them going!
