The Body Shop British Rose collection is a perfect range for spring with packaging covered in beautiful blooms and softly rose scented products. The collection is huge covering bath and body, fragrance, makeup and nails, so there's something for everyone, and makes it easier for us all to justify picking up something up from the range!
The body butter is a Body Shop classic, and if you've never tried one of these tubs of moisturising heaven then you really must. The British Rose body butter is no exception, it's lush and rich, and the pale pink cream is easily absorbed into the skin and quickly perks up dry skin. It's a perfect partner for the British Rose exfoliating soap. I wouldn't usually pick up a soap from a range like this, opting instead to go for shower gels, liquid hand soaps etc, but this one has the added benefit of exfoliating, and it's super pretty on the side of the sink looking like a chunk of watermelon!
I've also been trying out the British Rose eye and cheek palette which contains a lovely combination of soft and sweet shades. I usually stick to my neutrals, but these pinks make a welcome change perfect for the season and I love both of the blush shades for a rosy pink flush. The bluey shades aren;t really my cup of tea, but they're good quality shadows if these cooler tones are your thing. These pretty petal makeup shades are complimented perfectly by the Colour Crush nail colour in British Rose. This is the type of colour that takes a few coats to get a good coverage, but the finished result is worth it, leaving the nails looking glossy and polished.
