Summer ready products from Boots

Summer weather is finally here and I've been trying out a selection of products from Boots which are perfect for getting me ready for (hopefully) all those sunny days ahead!

Nokia Lumia 1020 Windows 8 smartphone review

The last time I owned a Nokia was back before smart phones had been invented.  It was an early camera phone (Nokia 7600), in an odd tear shape, but there were no apps and the most exciting game on it was still snake, or maybe it had snake 2.  Fast forward more years than I care to mention and the latest Nokias bear no resemblance whatsoever.  Say hello to the Nokia Lumia 1020 - a Nokia Windows phone containing an amazing 41 megapixel camera, a large 720p touch screen and lots of new Windows 8 technology.  And you can still play snake.

Pandora are of course famous for their beautiful charms, but when the sparkle loving people at Argento invited me to take a look at Pandora's new Spring collection, I couldn't help being drawn straight to the rings.  Pandora make the cutest charms, but I've always been a fan of their unique ring designs.

Haul: Stocking up at Boots

Ahh Boots, you do it to me every time.  I can never just pop in for the one thing I needed, and your 3 for 2 offers get me every time.  Resistance is futile, so I stocked up on a few essential re-purchases and some new goodies to try out.  

Beauty: Kiko life in Rio collection

I love a summer makeup collection - it's the beautiful bronze tones and pops of bright colour that you probably wouldn't reach for at other times of year.  Kiko's not disappointed with their first summer collection for this season - the Life in Rio collection ticks all of the boxes for bright, exotic shades and gorgeous tropical packaging.

Beauty: The Nude Mattes palette by Paula's Choice

Well what do we have here neutral eye fans?  It's another twist on a nude eye palette, but this one boasts eleven truly matte shades, plus it was created with input from You Tube makeup artist and makeup tips guru Wayne Goss!  It's the nude mattes palette from Paula's Choice.

I love a Sleek blush - rarely will you find anything more bold, bright and pigmented, so when I spotted two new blush by 3 palettes had been released, I needed to get my hands on them.

Beauty: My April favourites

I was away a lot in March and generally stuck to my usual products, so I didn't do a favourites post as I didn't have many interesting things to include.  In April however, I've been making up for lost time and have lots of new favourites to share.
