It's nearing the end of the month already, so time to have a look at my most loved products. I was on holiday for part of the month, but it feels odd to still be talking about summer products, so this selection is a bit more like what I've been using and loving since I got back. I think I'm properly ready to transition into autumn now, so maybe next month they'll be some berry lip and nail colours in the mix with other darker, warmer things!

Beauty: New from Urban Decay - Naked Basics 2
I'm a bit (a lot) of an addict when it comes to Urban Decay's naked range - I love nice simple nudes, dusky taupes and smoky neutrals, so the palettes never disappoint me. The Naked Basics original palette and I have been friends for a very long time now - as evidenced by the actual state of my palette which you'll see in a mo - but I'm ready to branch out with some new colours which still fit nicely into the original theme. Enter the utterly dreamy Naked Basics 2...

Beauty: Keeping the summer glow
As I always go on holiday quite late into the year, I'm never quite ready to let go of summery makeup looks when I get back. Sunny holidays inspire me to switch up my makeup to a more bronze and glowy affair, and as the weather's pretty amazing here in London for late September, I'm sticking with it.

Nails: New from Models Own - Diamond Luxe Collection
Coming home from a holiday is always a bit of a downer, but finding gorgeous new polishes from Models Own waiting for me on the doorstep certainly helped! That and a good old cup of PG Tips - sorry Mexico, you were gorgeous in every way, but your tea was horrendous :)

Beauty: August favourites by Karis
Hey there, I'm Karis from the blog Beautybykaris and today I'm taking over Flutter and Sparkle, while the lovely Gemma takes some time off. As it is the end of the month I thought it would be fun to talk about my favourite beauty products from August. I always love reading these kind of posts, but it never helps my bank balance and just adds to my never ending wishlist.

Wishlist: Autumn / Winter must haves by Danielle
Hello there :) my name is Danielle and I blog over at FloralDanielle. The lovely Gem was looking for people to guest post on her blog, and I jumped at the chance being a long term fan of hers. I thought I'd go for something quite simple, a good ol' wishlist - we all have them, and we all love reading them!
Despite it being the end of August/start of September, the weather is already starting to feel like it's properly Winter. A few weeks ago I was fine in a tiny dress and kimono, and now thick black tights are still making me feel cold! I'm starting to browse Autumn/Winter clothes online more, and I'm definitely liking what I see, lots of lovely pieces I'd love to add to my wardrobe! :)

Beauty: Underated drugstore picks by Bee
Today's guest post comes from Bee at thebeautylocker.com
When it comes to drugstore makeup, it's all well and good hearing about how you need the Collection concealer or the Revlon matte balms. But if you're looking for something a little more tantalising and unique to whet your high street appetite, then look no further...

What to pack for uni by Ray
Hello everyone!
I'm Ray from ToySaturn and I'm your guest blogger for the day!
The summer has gone way too fast, hasn't it? Seems like a new school year has crept right up on us.
Since I graduated last year, this September marks the second year i've been free of education. I use the term free loosly, as someone who still loves learning and taking in new things... A new school year rather feels like getting to Platform 9 & 3/4 to see the Hogwarts Express tooting merrily off into the distance.* While I love it and all that, my father's car ain't no flying machine... So i'm stuck in the muggle world for another year, with no idea what to do with myself.
(*Metaphorically of course. I know you can't get on the platform after the train leaves.)

This is one of the buildings of my university. Has a kind of Hogwarts vibe, doesn't it?

When I saw that Gem wanted people to write a guest post on her blog, I knew I had to get involved! Given my love of baking (and just food in general really) I wanted to share this little recipe with you that I put together a couple of weeks ago.

Beauty: New from Urban Decay - Pulp Fiction collection review and swatches
Urband Decay's latest release is uber cool - far too cool for me in fact! If you're a Pulp Fiction fan and an Urban Decay addict, things just got rather exciting. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the movie, Urban Decay have launched this super edgy, slightly fierce, Mia Wallace-centric, limited edition make-up collection.
